I highly recommend the chubby margarita, but be sure to specify whether you'd like it with salt or sugar, as it seems to be overlooked sometimes. Overall, this place has a lot to offer, and a few adjustments could make the experience even better. ”

“ My best friend and I went in this past Friday and were sat right away ! Did have a small wait before the waiter came and asked for our drinks . I order the Sue Sue Shrimp for my starter and Cobra roll for my meal . My best friend ordered Seared Ahi Tuna and for her meal the Mango Salmon with fries, and coleslaw. “ We were staying in a hotel next door and we're pleasantly surprise that a good restaurant was within walking distance. We both had the prime ribs and it was excellent We went about 5pm and had to wait at the bar for 20 mins to get a booth. The bar tender and our waitress were great. ”

“ Thursday night this place was packed! We are from California so we have never been here before. Fortunately for us there were two seats left at the bar. I don't think I've ever seen a bartender work as hard as this woman who worked there. She never stopped working and moving so quickly the entire time we were there having dinner at the bar. And her attitude was so sweet and so kind to everyone she came in contact with. I didn't get her name, but she had a hair clip behind her head with blondish hair. “ Great fish, great service, great experience. I got the chubby trout grilled on a bed of shrimp stuffing. Trout was perfectly seasoned and cooked. I got a baked potato and coleslaw for my sides. Excellent. Next time I'd like to try the fried calamari and sushi. Wait staff was friendly and food came quick. I dined alone which was not uncomfortable as it is some places but it seems like a great place for a date or a group to eat as well. There was a nice buzz of conversation but the noise level was not ridiculous like it is some places these days. I'd highly recommend and I'll be back next time I'm in town. ”

The food is remarkably good from the sushi roll (Red Dragon) to the soup (Crabcake Bisque) to the fried fish (Striped Basket) and (Grouper Basket). The fries are wonderfully crispy and served in a wire basket so that they stay that way. The service was fast, friendly, and pleasantly helpful. ”

“ This place is my new go-to place in Elkhart. It has the ambience of a rustic brewery and the food is high quality. They have a large selection of local brews on tap and a full bar with specialty cocktails. I had the Chubby trout and it was amazing. It's sautéed with a delicious sauce. Very good! The rice was dry but the Cole slaw was the best I've ever had. I had the crab bisque as an appetizer and it was incredible. I highly recommend the crab bisque although it is slightly spicy. I would consider it mild, but think some people might not like the spice. I saw many dishes come out and they all looked amazing. I can't wait to try more of their dishes. ”
